Nicely engineered, fits into stand perfectly…
The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice razor. It is well engineered, nicely machined, and functions perfectly. Everything is smooth and perfect, and I like the knurled handle grip. My favorite feature is how nicely it fits into the stand, and how when it slips into place, it makes a satisfying click as the bottom of the handle hits the bottom of the base. I am attaching some photos as well as a video to show how the handle fits into the base. The razor blade head itself has some fine white strands, which I suspect are residue from the packaging process, and I see similar strands on the razor in a photo posted from another reviewer. That won’t affect the function of this product, but I am pointing it out, so you won’t be surprised if you see that on the blade, noting that it is a bit unattractive, but should be fine if you know to expect this. Otherwise the packaging and presentation is quite nice. This is expensive for a razor handle, but in exchange it is quite a step up in quality and would make a nice gift. I like it. Read more

It's not rechargeable
The Razer itself is nice, but it wasn't what I was looking for, had to return it back and ordered the battery type. Read more
Flimsy and Package Was Open
The handle is longer than the ProGlide but feels lighter weight and a bit flimsy. It doesn’t pivot side to side either. Also, weird issue- the box came with the tape cut open, and the razor blade was dusty. I returned the item and bought something similar from Target. Read more
Elegant tribute to Mohammed Ali
This is a very classy razor that has a quality feel while shaving. I especially like the design of the stand. It's not as stylish as the stand for my X1, but it does a much better job of holding the razor. I'm very happy with my purchase! Read more
Really great looking, but really overpriced…
I am someone who has to shave every day, and I typically use the Mach 5 power razor. When I came across this, I thought it was absolutely beautiful. I read all the information about it and decided to go ahead and place an order. It arrived last week and my first impressions are that it is beautifully packaged and would make an awesome gift. But when I opened it, I was quite surprised about the weight of the handle itself. For some reason I thought it would’ve been weighted or balanced and help you shave a bit better. The razor itself is very lightweight. There’s not much to it at all And it does have a nice base that it goes into, which the base is very well weighted, but for the price I think it’s a little bit disappointing for what you actually get. It looks great sitting on the counter, don’t get me wrong, but if it was like $20 or so I would definitely think it was a good investment for someone to make. So unfortunately, even though it is pretty cool looking, I really can’t give it more than three stars. If you have the money to splurge and want something that looks really cool, then definitely give this one to try. But, if you are happy with the Mach 5 razor Handle that you can buy for about $10 then I probably wouldn’t make this investment. I hope my review helps you to make a more informed decision. Read more
