The four star rating is for a nice looking bag in beautiful colors and quality material. I love the look and feel of the bag. I had to drop it one star for the following reasons: (1) The small extra bag came with the insides sewn crooked, leaving the zipper to catch the lining with each zip. I can't get it open more than a few inches. I contacted customer support and received one reply asking for a photo, which I sent 11 days ago. I have not heard from them again. (2) The insides of the bag are difficult to work around. The pocket for the computer and the side pocket both hang widely open so you are struggling around them to get anything inside. I solved one side by attaching adhesive velcro to the side pocket to hold it closed until i need inside. The bag would be much better if that side pocket was a zipper pocket instead of open. (3) The straps do not stay where you adjust them for length. The strap material is very slippery so the strap buckles shift constantly. I am always readjusting the strap length. For the price point, i would have expected a little higher quality design, workmanship, and customer service. But I am happy enough with the bag itself and will be using it for a while at least.
