Those handwritten letters for reviews don't usually get to me but this one did. You could tell it was written with a lot of love from a company that really cares. Not only do I LOVE how it functions, but it was super easy to assemble, just make sure you have a small screwdriver. It was packaged really well so nothing came dented. My only suggestion would be to include on the instructions that the washer goes on the outside of the frame, besides that really happy with my purchase and looks super stylish in my room and it's really sturdy too, thank you! This product was straight forward to set up. The shelving plus hanging space allows for you to store accessories along side hanging pieces. It’s fun as it allows you to set up a little style out for outfits. The wood panels were slightly off in dimensions but not obvious unless you’re right up on it.
