So unlike to other review I ordered the right size and it does seem to do the job of straightening out my upper back and shoulders. I have shoulder separation pretty bad at the clavicle and so far this has relieved most the pain and soreness by holding everything together. It definitely helps position your shoulders better. It takes some getting used to, as it pinches your underarms (even though I went with the largest size). I am 5’-11” tall and weigh 250 lbs. it has helped my chest workouts. I just take it on and off periodically to keep the blood flowing. Read more

Great product…helps keep you down and back…exactly as advertised. However the sizing runs small. Based on Spud’s recommendation, I bought a medium…too small. I wear a 42 jacket, so I ordered a large. Still too small, so got a XL…which fits perfectly. Read more

I have tried other types of posture correctors that have dug into the shoulder and side of the chest. The thicker straps on this help prevent that from happening. I have 6'1" and around 225 pounds. I did order the XL but plan on going one more size up to make it a bit easier to slip on and off but still keep enough tension to pull back the shoulders. Read more
