The backpack is very cute but the zipper was broken. Unfortunately I did not realize this until after I took it to Guatemala to share with a child there, so I was unable to return to get a new one. The backpack seemed like pretty good quality - heavy duty fabric, reinforced pockets for the water bottle. However, after about 3 weeks of normal use from my 9 year old, the zipper broke. I know there are times that this happens, you can have 20 great ones, and then 1 bad one...unfortunately this one was bad and I can't return it at this point. Edit: I was contacted by the seller promptly and offered a new product or a refund. I had already purchased a new backpack so I requested a refund. Very good customer service experience. Read more
