Had a stroke and my left arm/hand is paralyzed. I have been searching for 2 years to find a comfortable brace that I can put on one handed. I found it!!! I adore the ease and use of this brace and there is no pressure on my neck and the creative, genius design has given me freedom to not worry about my arm falling to the side. I wear it by myself with no help. Read more

This thing was awesome. Used it when I tore my bicep and had a small tear in my rotator cuff last summer. SO much cooler than a full sling and it works almost identically to those. Would recommend, especially for people in the south or people who can't stand having that hot, sweaty traditional sling on them all day. Whoever invented this, I give you a million thumbs up! It is stretchy, a bit too stretchy. When injured, you need to be able to relax into the stabilizer sling. Because this stretches, it motivates activating the muscles of the injured arm. Arm. That can be problematic. Also, because it is so stretchy, The strap has to be tightened to get the wrist in the correct position. I am a big guy (6"1'), and my starting position for wrist at belly button, with no weight is at my collarbone. For actual support while standing, The velcro tab needs to go up over my shoulder almost to my spine. The velcro attachment strap is not easy to position. I do like the pull through arrangement (except for lengthsy above ). But wow!! That velcro is super strong. So pulling it loose takes some effort. If worn over the injured shoulder then the adjustment can be made with my good arm. But due to the difficulty, I can't wear it over the other shoulder. Don't get me wrong, I am continuing to use the device and getting utility out of it but it has limitations. It would be much better if there were a small medium large instead of one size fits all. I was skeptical about this but it's so cheap that it was worth a go. I'm glad I did. It's much easier to use than a traditional sling. You can pull your hand out and leave it around your neck when you're typing or eating. If you put the top of the strap around the same side of your neck as the damaged arm it holds your hand close to keep it out of trouble. Put it on the other side and you have more freedom of movement. My only complaint is minor, in that it could use a wider and more padded wrist loop. Read more

The material is very stretchy I hope material is not very stretchy to provide more support and color choices, but length can be adjusted. This is not a sling if you need to be completely immobilized. This is more after your doctor starts you on passive range of motion and you’re allowed to have some arm movement. You get a little more freedom of movement, skin can breathe, no pressure on the elbow. It works for me. Read more

I'm a big guy. This was not created for big guys. It doesn't have the support needed for anyone with even a moderate amount of muscle. It is comfortable though and easy to use, it just stretched way too much. Read more

I unfortunately recently fractured my shoulder and have to use a sling. Initially when I took a shower I had to just hold up my arm which was uncomfortable. I found this one which works better. It can get wet and It keeps my shoulder/arm supported. I just hang it to dry afterwards. Read more
