I was never a fan of eye masks - I found them uncomfortable. I wore them on planes but nowhere else. I often slept poorly in hotels with all the light (clocks, street lights, smoke alarm lights etc). I bought a second one so I can swap them out when one needs to be washed and air dried. It really helps my problem with dry eyes. I add moisturizer (coconut oil) and sleep with this. It’s a nice size to cover everything. It doesn’t seal so that you’re eyes can breathe. The elastic strap is snug enough without being too tight. It doesn’t block all light, but blocks enough of the brightness that I can still sleep. Read more
