The cost is remarkably lower and a much better buy, costing about one fourth that of similar high end brand names that are marketed as guaranteed for a lifetime but, as obsolete, irreplaceable, hence: guarantees are worthless for this buyer. I ordered this for a half bath in our home. Installation was very straight forward. The overall look of this faucet is top notch.
