Okay, with some protection, albeit minimal....
These gloves were obtained to replace some aging, name-brand motocross gloves that are now being retired after half a dozen years. This inexpensive Chinese version of a motocross type glove is very breathable, form fitting, pre-curved without bunching, and has adequate elasticity, but lacks a bit in the protection department. The main knuckles of your hand really have nothing more than a double layer of the glove material to keep them out of harms way. There should have been some dense silicone or other material applied there. In the areas that do have it, they made it of many small pieces, which I've learned go south after a few rides. Larger units of protection stay around longer, simple fact. It seems they were going for what they thought would make it more attractive than functional for the task at hand. The design is subjective so I won't comment on that. At about $10. bucks, it at first seemed like a great deal, but considering the gloves might only last a single season, I'm going to obviously have to keep shopping for their replacement pair. But... If you are looking for a streamlined protection, lightweight version of dirt bike gloves, these are it. Read more

"Good for Off-Road, Not for the Streets"
These gloves have a nice, deep red color and a lightweight design, making them a solid choice for softer environments like woods or off-road trails. They’re comfortable and work well for activities like mountain biking or dirt biking. A bonus is that they work on touch screens, which is convenient when you need to use your phone without taking them off. However, I wouldn’t recommend these for motorcycle riding on the road.
