These are very helpful to open your nostrils to breath better. They are comfortable enough to forget that you are wearing them. The only drawbacks are that sometimes it doesn't stick fully, although even then it's enough to do the job. The other drawback is that when you take it off, sometimes the glue still sticks to your nose so you'll need to scrub it a little with warm water to get the glue off. Also to note. These strips really do tamp down all the noise from grunting and snoring during the night - at least that's what my wife says! She has me ordering more today. I have to clean my nose area with a little rubbing alcohol before applying the strip and then it will stick throughout the night. Outstanding product.I could not sleep without it. Difficult to remove ( a good thing) . To remove use rubbing alcohol and go slowly then clean with soap and water. Or remove in the shower use hot water in your shower to remove and remember to go slowly! Read more
