Works great! Not sure that this identifies nose size, lol but my husband is about 6' tall, 240 lb and these clear, large strips work great for him. Previously used regular size and they were fine but these seem a better fit, stickier or just likely because of better coverage area. Supposed to help open airways 30% more... If it helps with 1% of snoring, that's better than none, lol. My husband has sleep apnea in his family but according to a sleep study is said to be undiagnosed. I think they're wrong but anything that helps him breathe better, helps me breathe breathe better. We put these on Subscribe and Save for $10 and change per month, these are a steal!! Happy Amazon customers! Smile. Took some photos for reference, lol. Hope this is helpful! Read more

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and prescribed a CPAP machine. The problem was that my deviated septum made it difficult to breathe out against the pressurized air flow that was pushing itself into my nostrils. I almost gave up using the machine because the air was trapped in my lungs making me feel panicked. In desperation, I used these Breathe Right Strips in conjunction with the CPAP machine and it made a huge difference. Now instead of breathing in and out of the blocked nasal passages, I can inhale the full pressure in perfect breaths and exhale almost as easily. It solved a problem that the CPAP machine alone could not. It's worth a shot if you suffer the same problem. Read more

My husband has not officially been diagnosed with sleep apnea, but he stops breathing all night long. I've bought a few other things for him that either have not worked or he has not tried. He was pretty skeptical about these, but gave them a try. After the first night, he noticed immediately feeling better and having more energy. I have noticed that he barely stops breathing at night anymore when he has a strip on, and the mornings after he has not worn a strip, he notices that he still feels really tired and is sluggish. They're a pretty good product and stick really well. It's recommended to wash your face, but my husband does not always do that, and he has not had a problem with them falling off. Read more

I have been using these strips for years. For the most part they do keep the nasal passages open during the night. The downside to the product is that, with daily use, it is rather expensive. I see no reason they need to be individually packaged. They are not exposed to open wounds so there is no reason they could not be bulk packed, say in a closed container. It would reduce the cost. Because of the cost I will use the store brand from time to time. Not quite as good but will do. Read more

I've been using breathe right (and the CVS brand analogues) for a couple of years and they are incredible. I broke my nose in fourth grade and have suffered from a deviated septum for the past 10 years. After applying a strip I can finally breathe through my nose and it feels wonderful. I've battled insomnia from infancy and these certainly help me go to sleep. As a word of caution, if it's warm, the strips may come off your nose in the night (I might actually be tearing them off because they can be uncomfortable if you don't apply them properly) and end up on pillows or blankets. I use the large strips as I have a large nose, but my small nosed girlfriend has no problem using the large ones by placing them higher up her nose and at an angle. Other thoughts: If you want to see sparks fly, open the individual packaging in the dark. Read more

Wow, easy to apply and easy to take off. I don't use these every night, but you can feel the ease of breathing IMMEDIATELY. The packaging mentions like a 20-30% improvement in breathing, which doesn't sound like a lot, but trust me, it is. The price is fantastic, and the fact that this particular model is clear makes me feel a lot less like a GOON in bed with my wife and she's mentioned that she hears less snoring as well. I mean, what could be better than sleeping peacefully, not snoring and not feeling like a GOON in bed? :) The packaging feels a lot like a bandaide you apply to your nose. If you've never used these - it's not brain surgery. Essentially, there's a type of strong support that when applied with a strong adhesive causes your nostrils to separate a little bit. There's also a bit (a tiny bit, non-intrusive) of menthol that aids in breathing. I don't know how else to put it besides being an answer to prayer! Spray has caused me a bit of a nasty backwash, sleeping pills leave me feeling groggy, but this thing is just plain perfect. Read more

Very easy to use. These REALLY help in opening up my nostrils at night while I sleep. I use to use a prescription nasal spray in order to breath a little more freely during the day and night, but it didn't work that great (it wasn't bad, just not great). Plus, I didn't like the idea of having to rely on "drugs" to achieve this. The nasal strips work even better! I had never used these before, and it took a few nights to get use to, but now I'm a "pro". Though they are quite adhesive and really stick to your skin, they are still quite easy to remove. I'm a fan of Breathe Right strips ... they aid in clear breathing when I sleep, particularly if I have a cold. I bought the clear/sensitive version of these on Amazon because the price was great. Going forward, I'll stick with the peach-colored version ... the adhesive is stronger. I found the clear strips would peel off my nose during the night. In some cases, if my nose was even a little damp from pre-bed face-washing, the strip wouldn't adhere. Unless you have very sensitive skin, I would recommend the peach-colored version. Read more
