Most of bans are not safe, but this door anchorstrap is a great option when they do
I stopped using bands for working out because all those I bought for two years from Amazon broke after few moth months of use and ended up hitting me hard on my back, arms or legs. But, this anchor strap it’s very good. It’s the only thing that worked as expected for the time I used it that was kind of one year or a year and a half. If you find god quality safe bands, do you a favor buying this strap if you work out at home. Read more
Makes home workouts easy

Very Well Designed and Effective
I find the resistance bands provide just the right amount of tension. They are not stiff at all. They are not like heavy plastic but rather very rubbery. These makes it very easy to create different variations on the exercises. You can really feel your muscles are really getting a workout. The only problem I had was with locking the straps around the door. But what I discovered, after watching an installation video, is that I was making it more difficult then it really was. This set seemed too good to be true for the price. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. It was easy to set up on my office door and the variety of bands, hand holds, and ankle straps make it possible to get a serious workout. The bands are very sturdy, the strap that goes around the door is well made, and there are a variety of loops so you can do tons of different angles for every body part. Excellent product. Read more

What a great product for easy exercise! This system would work very well in small spaces. It is small enough to pack and take when traveling. The material is good quality.
