Fantastic for flu season, dry rooms, or just to increase the moisture. It is long lasting, and has directional positioning for ease of use. The only draw back is the tank is quite large, and could be heavy for some. I do appreciate the noise level is very quite, makes for sick children to sleep better. I wanted to like this SO much. I need to have a reliable humidifier for my father as he is an invalid and his lungs need it badly. I've used other brands and while it's been a hit or miss, this one was just baffling. I would try to set the level at 60 or 65 and the level would never go up beyond 40. Then it started going even lower until it would sit around 18?? Their customer service has you go through all the usual steps (check water level, clean out sponges, make sure you're not next to a drafty window, etc.) and ask for videos. All good. I can do all that even if it took time and in the meantime, no working solution on how to get it to work. They finally told me to throw away as it seemed to me an electrical sensor issue and sent me a new one via Amazon which I was praying would work. Unfortunately, the same issue. No matter what I did the humidity level just would not go up nor stay at even a base level of 40. It just does not work. Otherwise, it looks great, you can hardly hear anything and it wasn't outrageously expensive. I ended up buying another brand and it's actually working. This brand needs to do some major quality control as I see other people on here that have the same issues. Read more

I have been using this Humidifier for a week or so now. We like it a lot. Puts out good vapor. Its very quiet and holds a lot of water. The LED lighting is a fun touch. The buttons on the unit are a bit finicky, but not horrible. My biggest issue, and I didnt realize until after I bought the unit, is that it does not come with a remote. The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this humidifier. I purchased it for my indoor tropical plants. I did some research and fearure comparisons before choosing this one. I like that it has temperature settings (hot or cool), timing options and ambient lighting. I also love that it has the option of 1 or 2 misting outlets so you can direct the mist. Its a lot of bang for your buck. Its quiet and not overly sized with great functionality. My plants are going to love me for this. I even bought another to gift to a fellow plant lover. Read more

This is the best small in size, big on results humidifier I've found so far. I have two humidifiers in my great room with my woodstove going 24/7 in cold weather, which sucks humidity out of the air quickly. This has been a great addition to re-humidify my home. Read more

I wish it had a control on how much steam this puts out. It pushes a ton of steam out, way more then I need. I would have returned the item, but my cats destroyed the box and Styrofoam pieces to box it back up in. Read more
