When attempting to use this product, the ingredients flew all over the kitchen. We assumed the product was faulty. After several months of attempting to contact the company, they offered to try to fix it if we paid to send it back. Product is unreliable and company does not provide appropriate support. Read more

Not a good purchase for me.
The instructions say to put the ingredients into the base which should be cold since it has to be in the freezer. I found that the ingredients freeze on the sides therefore not allowing the middle blend part to move around. It would not latch. Therefore making ice cream in it was unsuccessful. Read more
