New backpack for 3rd grade and this one is holding up well now that we're a few months in (year round school). It is lightweight and easily organized. It does not hold a ton of stuff but works well for us! The material is of good quality but don't expect an Eddie Bauer or LandsEnd equivalent. This is a very good backpack and serves its purpose. Granddaughter loves it.

I like the reflective safety stripe on the back, the chest strap to prevent the shoulder straps from slipping, and all the pockets. It seems to be of good quality, but I don't understand why they made the panda eyes reversed on the shoulder straps, it doesn't make any sense. Read more
