The hangers are not what is shown in the advertising
The images presented and installation images on the Amazon website show a single bar attached to the wall for hanging the mirror, along with clips on the back of the mirror, which allow the mirror to slide many inches left or right. In reality, the mounting system consists of two points of contact on the wall and two hangers on the back of the mirror, allowing for at best an inch or two of adjustment left or right. It is more difficult to level two separate hangers than it is to level a single bar. I would not have purchased this item if I had been presented with the true hanging method up front. Read more
PUNITIVE return costs
I didn't realize this mirror wasn't bright enough to use when applying makeup. I would have returned the mirror, but the costs to return the mirror were so PUNITIVE that we kept it. Installation was easy and it looked good if all you're looking for is accent lighting. However, the punitive return costs turned us off. Read more
