Exceptional Customer Service / Great Quality
I purchased the Brightown 100ft after returning Addlon solar lights. By far the quality was beyond compare, they are dawn to dusk. I recently had an issue with my lights and was out of the return window for Amazon however I did remember that this lights had their own warranty through them, I decided to give it a try to see if they could help me out. Their customer service was exceptional! They answered me in a timely manner and was able to resolve my issue!! I will be purchasing from them in the future . Read more

Nice glow to brighten a space
I bought these lights to brighten my children’s swing set in the evening. The amount of light is perfect, giving a nice glow to the play area. There is a power button on the solar panel, so I suggest placing it within easy reach. The light string is much longer than I anticipated which is a pleasant surprise. I like that the solar panel can be brought inside to charge if it has been gloomy out. The remote is a great option and the kids love being able to change from a steady light to twinkling. Read more
Working on getting this back up to a five star review from a 1 star
Update: I have had trouble with my lights and reached out to the seller. They have been nothing but courteous towards me and helping me trouble shoot. They sent me a new charging board. It has helped with the brightness, but again will not dim with remote. They plan to send me new remote to see if that is the problem. I am very hopeful! I appreciate their feedback and support! Old review: I would like to say first I had all kinds of hope for these. Loved the idea of being dimmable, timer, etc. Not dimmable at all. Do not stay on all night with a solid charge, etc. I’ve tried everything. Contacted support and have done everything they’ve suggested. I’m at a loss. Haven’t really gotten anywhere with the support listed. I will change review if that changes. Read more
DIES AFTER 3 WEEKS
DIED AFTER 3 WEEKS: I hung these for a party, and THANKFULLY they worked for the party, but within 3 weeks half of the lights stopped working. Not the bulbs (I tried replacing some of the bulbs), but the actual strings/wiring. When I realized they weren't working I was ONE DAY after the return window. BRIGHTNESS: They are bright enough to look nice, or see where your pet is in the backyard, but NOT bright enough to provide light to actually be able to see each other when it is dark out. COST: I now have a massive sunk cost of the materials and labor to have these lights hung, as well as the cost of the lights if I cannot get a refund for these. Read more
