I have used the shaver regularly for a couple of weeks and found it to be effective and reasonably quiet. It appears to be very well designed: small enough to put in one's pocket and yet easy to grasp. The blade dismantles for easy cleaning and the battery life seems very good. I haven't had to charge it since I bought it. I think the razor is going to be very durable but, just in case, with only a 30-day warranty, I thought it worth-while to buy a 2-year protection plan. The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with this little compact travel shaver. I am so glad that it didn't irritate my sensitive skin. It should be noted that if you are looking for a very close shave, nothing will ever be as good as a razor in my opinion, but this does the job well. Also, I am a sucker for when these types of products actually have a little weight to them. For me, it makes it feel like it actually is built well and not just some cheap piece of plastic. When lifting off the head top, the plastic retaining piece accidentally came off, MAKE SURE you put BLACK plastic retaining piece on so that the floating heads are springy. The plastic retaining piece accidentally came off and if put on the wrong way, there is NO FLOATING HEAD. YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE A UNIVERSAL REATTACHMENT. I was disgusted to find that my shaver arrived with someone else’s hair still in the cutting blades. This is completely unacceptable for a personal hygiene product. Clearly, there was no proper inspection or quality control before shipping. I expected a brand-new item, not a used one. Avoid this if you care about cleanliness and hygiene! Check the picture...
