First of all, this was a great value. The price was/is amazing for what you get. The lights were bright and lit up my garage gym beautifully. Assembly was easy and wiring was simple enough. Installing the lights into the ceiling was difficult for one person to do, so definitely get an extra set of hands (or two extra sets of hands). Only problem - I've been using the lights for several months now and some of the LED bars are starting to go out. Seems to be no rhyme or reason, they just stopped working. All were illuminated at first but now three bars are out. Overall, I'm pleased but would like to find the cause of this outage and replace the lights if possible. Update #1: Aug 14, 2024: Having owned these since March, I've still had continued issues regarding the LED bars going out. The company has provided replacement bars (which have worked so far), have been in constant communication with me, and respond very quickly whenever I have a problem. The customer service has been A++ and for that I will add one more star, going from 3 to 4. Update #2: Aug 25, 2024: The customer service alone has been worthy of 5 stars. Since my last update, they sent me and entire new set of lights. I installed the news lights, even updated the electrical wiring and purchased a new light switch. Everything is working perfectly so far. I will continue to update. While the product may not be "perfect", the customer service can not be beat. A+++ service and I'm changing the rating from 4 to 5. These were very inexpensive and so lite and bright. I put two sets together and have enough left over to make one extra hexagon and have a power supply left over from one kit to power it. These lights are really cool. They’re extremely easy to assemble and install. They’re light, but the don’t feel fragile. They are LED, so it’s very bright, and they don’t throw off any heat. Super bright lights! Not the most secure until they are installed though. I recommend putting in one section at a time and building/securing off of that. Overall they are a great purchase. Read more
