1. You never get this quality machine on this price. 2. I've tried two espresso machines one is Breville BES840XLand the other one is Lelit PL41TEM. On breville, fine grinds not works very vell it bares drops espresso then it stops work after 2 weeks. On Lelit, steamer is lemon. It keeps throwing the water so you prertty much end up with mix of hot water and hot milk. (Seller gives a advice how I shall operate, but it didn't work) 3. The beauties of the Brim machine - Compare to other machines, as the other reviewer pointed, machine handle is slided into receicer very smoothly - Even though I use fine grind as 5, it drops so high quality espresso. (excellent espresso taste, crema looks really nice) - Very easy to operate compare to Italian machines. Espresso shot button is automatic. - Steamer is ideal. Water is barely leaking so I can drink just hot milk. - As shown on the picture, I love all the components with excellent quality. The heavy temper is pretty which I guess around 25 dollar quality. 4. As shown on the picture, I see a small scratches on the edge. But it never affects to my point. The media could not be loaded. I bought this product in July of 2020. I really enjoyed this product for the first month, but shortly thereafter the microfoam wand broke. The wand couldn’t properly produce steam and would make the whole product hot inside. I contacted the company shortly after and gave them all the information they asked for, which was a video of what was wrong, receipt and date of purchase which I happily gave to them. I have not received a return email after that. I called the customer service line and I was on hold for 30 minutes each time, which isn’t unreal. As soon as, I told the employee my case number I was hung up on multiple times. This is unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend this company or product to anyone. Read more

At first I was so disappointed because they sent me a machine that was used. It was dirty and gross so I put it right back in the box and sent it back. Well, they replaced it right away. No issues and they were fast about it. I just sent them a message. I didn’t have to waste my time on the phone with customer service which I really appreciate. They sent me a brand new, beautiful machine! I love it! I am very experienced in espresso machines because of being in the restaurant business for so many years so I didn’t have any issues using it or frothing the milk. It works so good! Makes a perfect espresso and the milk frother works just like it is suppose to. I will literally use this machine several times a day because I’m very devoted to my coffee/ espresso/ cappuccino. I love the flavor of the espresso with lovely crema this machine whips up once you have it down. It definitely takes some practice and I'm still finessing as I've only had it a week, but my mochas are already VERY close to what I get at the coffee shop! It does pull a nice espresso shot, but takes some practice getting the coffee packed in tight enough, and then the steamer also takes some practice getting it just right, but it's a really nice machine that I'm enjoying tinkering with quite a lot. There is no contact for Brim. The number on their website goes a a warranty sort of “clearing house” but there is no Brim Customer Service. I accidentally threw away the milk frother tip when I was soaking it and called Brim to order a replacement. They told me it was out of the 90-day warranty period. I said that’s fine, I wasn’t looking for a feee one. They said this umber is only for warranty repairs up to 90 days from purchase and there is no other way to contact Brim. The lady said I could go on eBay to try and find one. No luck. She said I could ask take it to a repair shop. It’s not broken. I just need a part. I’ve looked everywhere and have just had to order a separate frothing machine. Infuriating that I am not able to contact the actual company and cannot get a replacement part. Go with a better brand that has an actual contact number for the company and provides better service. No more Brim. Read more
