We spend the summer on the lake and hours in the water, literally living in our swimsuits for weeks. These are hands down my boys favorite swim trunks. Having 4 boys with all different body types, we have had no issues outfitting all of them with this brand wearing their normal sizes. Which is great when you are last minute ordering before a lake trip. Chaffing and rashes are no longer an issue with these and the boys have been able to swim, wakeboard, surf, and tube without worrying about suits riding down or rubbing. I bought these for my son. He is close to 5'5" and 110lbs. I bought him the 14-16. They fit him great. I was worried about them being too loose but they fit him perfect. They look just as pictured. My son loves the water, beach/ pool, you name it. I wanted to find him something more comfortable under the actual swim trunk. These shorts have it. Lined with can be best described as a broker brief lining, and are super comfortable. I will say like any swim suit, when it's a beach day, it will still hold that pocket of sand in place we all hate, but that's not a big issue. Quality amazing, worth the price. These have been such great swim trunks for my son. They offered such great designs it was hard to choose but I went for the dark jungle toucan ones. I feel like these were better than the super expensive ones I bought him when he was a tint baby. These are affordable, well made, and stylish. **update 6 months in** this suit is still in great condition! I've had him wear it to the beach in the salt water and in our blow up pool with a little chlorine.
