Surprisingly this little thing really does what it says it will. I bought the starter pack that has one soft and one hard, and I found the soft ones to be useless. They just didn't provide any structure. The hard ones are much better, although I think they could be harder! Harder! These nasal dilators are a very good deal and they do work as expected. My only issue with them is that they they are not very comfortable to the inside of my nose. For some, I this may not be an issue. Indeed, I didn't think it would be an issue for me. But it was. I could not keep these in long enough to even attempt sleeping.
