I bought the Brison Anti Snoring Nasal Dilators hoping for better nighttime breathing, and they actually worked better than I expected. They’re lightweight, soft, and comfortable to wear — I honestly forget I have them in after a few minutes. They help open up my nasal passages and make breathing feel easier, especially at night. I noticed less congestion and quieter sleep, which was a big win (for me and my partner 😄). They’re easy to clean and reusable, which makes them practical for everyday use. If you struggle with snoring or nasal congestion and want a simple, non-invasive solution, these are definitely worth trying. 👍 Read more

These soft nasal dialators for sleep are totally worthless! They are too soft to expand sinus passages. I actually found that they caused decreased air flow, waking me up several times with total dry mouth! Because I like the comfort of the silicone material... I'm going to try their hard dialators to see if they work better. Read more

This plastic nasal dilator really helps me breathe easier at night and reduces snoring. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and stays in place. A bit uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it quickly. Great value! Read more

They work. Not quite as comfortable as I had hoped, but still, I am able to sleep, so good enough. Read more

I guess my nasal anatomy is incompatible with these. The other reviewers’ photos show only the small part clipped around their septum, and the rest of the device is hidden inside their nose. I could not make that happen. The device remains visible from the outside and it’s simply uncomfortable. Maybe my nose is too small for it. Read more

These serve the purpose of increasing air intake through your nose. I know this seems to be a fad. My son was trying some magnetic strips that he saw online, but I wanted to try a dilator knowing it won’t bother me. It’s not uncomfortable after the first few minutes of the first time. It does work well - taking a slow, deep breath through the nose that really fills your lungs (and you can tell the difference of airflow) is very satisfying. The only odd thing is 2 of the 5 nights I’ve worn these since delivery, I wake up in the AM and it’s not in my nose. I have no idea what I’m doing in my sleep or if I’m coughing or sneezing in my sleep…or if it falls out while I sleep in my side and more pressure of my face on the pillow. Anyways, they work and I plan to keep using them! Read more
