Testing the device in auto mode it seemed to be defective. The light would flash on then remain off regardless of motion. However, I discovered that the night light works wellI in a dark room. The light is bright. I bought another one and am very satisfied. The seller is very responsive. Read more

I like the night light. I have one complaint, the motion sensor only works if you approach form one direction. This might not be and issue if in a room where you approach directly at the light, but in a hallway it is not good. I have not contacted the seller so I don't know how they will respond. Read more

For the price, I am pleasantly surprised. It comes assembled, and has motion detectors, and brightness control. I use it only at night to light up my hallway to use the bathroom. I have the brightness fairly low, but it will get very bright. I bought it in the color white, I’m not sure if other colors are available. It also is designed so it doesn’t stick way out from the wall. That’s nice. The sensor for motion is reliable so far. As far as lifespan, we’ll see, but as I mentioned, the price is low enough I would buy another. I have since moved it into my bedroom, but the motion sensor would go off when the covers moved.
