I spent a lot of time searching local furniture stores for the right office chair, and here’s what I found: mesh chairs may be breathable, but they’re rarely comfortable; fabric chairs with mesh overlays just trap debris underneath where it can’t be cleaned. In the end, nothing beats a well-made fabric chair for comfort - and this one proves it. It’s extremely comfortable, built with a sturdy frame, and upholstered in high-quality fabric. Chairs of similar quality at local stores were easily two to three times the price, so I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Assembly was quick and simple - about 15 minutes from start to finish. I put this together in very little time. The only problem I had AT ALL was one bolt that didn't want to go into the hole because the fabric wasn't trimmed cleanly around it. That was a very minor problem. I'm confused as to why so many reviewers are complaining about assembly being difficult. I thought it was very easy, and I'm an old gal. I like the color and the fabric seems to be good quality. It's not meant for people with, uh, wide behinds. I really like the armrests; they rotate up so the chair can go all the way under the desk, and can be moved out of the way if one is sorting papers and needs more elbow room. The height is adjustable. and there is a zipper to open a compartment in the back for storage pf papers or small items.. It's very comfortable. Great value for the price. Functional and with a classy look. The only problem I really have with it is that the back is supposed to recline, but the lever that allows that will not move in the direction shown in the instructions, so it won't lean back as advertised. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This chair was very easy to assemble, and I finished it on my own without any problems. I use it for working several hours a day, and it stays comfortable even after long sitting. The ergonomic design provides good support for my back and waist, which really helps reduce fatigue. The seat piece of the chair is too shallow on the depth. Seems to be made for people with short legs. Almost like sitting on a stool with a backrest that doesn't "rest" my back. The back rest feels "forward leaning". So, reclining in the chair feels less comfortable than other chairs I've had. It's as this chair is trying to force strict posture with no room to lean one way or another. The overall 'feel' of the chair is "odd" and "small". The picture on the website makes it look larger on the seat portion than it really is. Again, if you have long legs and if you like to feel a "lean back" comfort...this one doesn't seem to be the right chair. I hate returning things so I'll see if I can "get used to it". Read more
