The blackplaid shoe absolutely tore the heck out of my heels. Absolutely no padding for the heel so friction occurred even after breaking them in. It's a shame because the shoes are really stylish. Good looking shoe, built decently BUT the tongue is attached which means to get it on you have to loosen the laces completely almost to the point where they're not on to slip your foot in I thought you got to spend all this time snugging it back up and then readjusting it about 20 minutes a half hour later. Also find the support of the foot lacking. I bought these for a convention and there's no way I'll be able to stand in the news all day.
