I got this today and already installed it. It was very easy. The hot water and cold water lines are even different colors so that they are easy to remember which one to attach. It comes with everything you need in the box, and is simple and quick to screw in. I didn't even need any tools, accept a wrench to tighten the bolts but could have done without it too. It is excellent quality. Heavy duty and sturdy and well made. When screwed together, it doesn't wobble or anything. The whole family has been washing our hands all day because the water coming over the waterfall feels so lovely. It's both wide and flat, and just a joy to touch. I'll be up front and say that I haven't installed this faucet yet, not because of the faucet, but because I now need to purchase a sink that will go with it. The 1st thing I noticed was the weight of the box, slightly heavier than I was expecting for the price I paid. Once I opened it I discovered why, the faucet was made as a solid piece, not the thinly cast piece's I've seen in this similar price range. The faucet also includes two stainless stell braided hoses for the installation and a single brushed nickle cover plate for sinks that have 3 holes for mounting. The installation instructions look straight forward, something someone who isn't used to reading install info will be comfertable with. Finally, I was curious to see how the price/quality stacked up against my local big box harware stores, while I was looking for a new sink basin. I have this installed in my new sink vanity but have not had a chance to actually use it yet. (remodel) But, I definitely recommend it as it's very attractive, heavy and seems well made. I love the idea of water flowing out like a river/waterfall. Read more

It's nice looking. But after I installed the whole thing and turned it on, the cold water started leaking from up inside the unit. Tool it all back apart and noticed that both the hot and cold lines up inside the faucet could be easily loosened with my fingers. To make matters worse, the nuts to tighten them are inside the faucet. requiring the whole thing to be disassembled. I could barely stick a pair of needlenose pliers up in and at least tightened them so they were unable to be loose with my fingers. but not as tight as I would like. I reinstalled it and no leaks for now. But lack of quality control on this product doesn't make me feel absolutely confident in it. It's a shame that something so easily controlled would make me subtrat two stars from such a nice looking product. Read more

Very easy to install. Picture instructions could detail rubber o-ring placement better, but after a few minutes, figured out where it goes. Stylish as well. Easy for my kids to use with hot and cold marker. Read more
