This neck massager is incredible and honestly exceeded my expectations. The heating function is what really sold me; it gets warm almost instantly and truly melts the tension away after a long day at work. I usually prefer the medium intensity, but having 3 levels to choose from is great depending on how sore I feel. The battery life is solid. I only have to charge it maybe once a week even with daily sessions. I also appreciate that the fabric cover is removable and washable since I like to use it after my workouts.
