We have a membership to a local pool so we spend most of our summer weekends outdoors near the water. I knew this kaftan from Bsubseach would be ideal for lounging around outside. I typically wear a size medium, but this is a one size fits all item so no concerns about fit. Overall it's very flowy and comfortable, and does have some ruching under the bust and a curved hem and slits at the bottom to give the dress some shape. I opted for the blue and white pattern and it's really lovely--the white/blue/purple floral pattern is classic and summery, and goes perfectly with my blue swimsuit. Due to the loose drape and lightweight fabric I would probably stick with this more as a coverup instead of a stand-alone dress. At around $30 this is priced comparably to similar items I've purchased, and I can't wait to wear this one out next summer! Read more

Truly, a five star product, exactly as pictured! I'm a huge fan of comfortable and relaxed clothing, especially a cover-up as my beach days often roll into evenings on the water. One thing that really wows are the brilliant colors. I've taken a close-up photo so you can see how brightly the different hues of blue mixed with purple and black pop against the white of the gown. Additionally, this kaftan is so light it literally flutters and floats around you as you move. The fabric is soft and extremely comfortable and there is a slight stretch to the gown! I find this very flattering to my curvy figure as it has small pleating around the V-neck which accentuates but does not expose my assets. This dress is extremely versatile and I can easily see it becoming one of my favorites for day and evening, as a dress, a cover-up, or even as a nightgown. It's pretty rare that I give an article of clothing five stars but this has more than earned everyone of those stars!
