I can’t really say anything bad about these pants but I’m not super stoked about them either. They have a gathered draw string waist. The legs are very wide. They’re pretty funky pants. That being said they run big. I definitely should have sized down. These are an XL and an L may have fit better. They are also very long. The pictures are the full length with different shoes. The last picture is with the legs rolled up two times. I’ll have to do some hemming. I don’t think I’ll wear these out of the house as they’re just too big and therefore frumpy looking in me. The material is thick and not transparent at all. They are slightly stiff feeling, but not uncomfortable. The material reminds me of scrubs material if that helps anyone. The length is a bit long on me (I’m 5’3”). The small fits otherwise. The band can also be tightened with the strings at the waist. The color is a nice neutral color. I washed them in the wash and line dried them without issues. The tag does say to hand wash, but I never have time to hand wash anything. Our daughter lives for comfy clothes. I swear she would wear PJs to school if she could get away with it. With that said, she loves these. Sift and comfortable. Elastic waist. Fit is excellent. This is a pair of size medium wide and long leg lounge pants. They have an elastic waist with a drawstring closure and two side pockets. They are soft, comfortable and fit perfectly. The pants are well made with ample reinforced seams and straight beautiful stitching. The pants are made made from a blend of polyester, linen and viscose blend. They are machine washable and came out of the dryer just like new. They are great for after pool or beach or just hanging out for movie night. I concur with other reviewers that these pants have a super long rise. I have a very long waist to crotch measurement, and I often struggle to find pants that fit comfortably. Even on me, these come up just above my navel. I can live with that. I love the neutral color. The pockets are always a bonus. I really like that the elastic in the waist is narrow. I detest pants that use waist elastic that is more than an inch wide. The fabric is a bit heavier than I expected. These are mostly polyester and viscose (80%), and only 20% linen, so they aren't as airy and cool as real linen. But they wrinkle like real linen. All that being said, they are really cute and flattering. They fit smoothly over my curves, cinch in my waist and create a nice silhouette. Read more
I received these pants today. I ordered a size small and I am 5'2". I opened the package and my first impression was what really nice fabric! I held them up to me and they looked super long. I decided to try them on, well they seemed to fit through the waist and hips. BUT, and this is a biggy, they were super long in the rise and looked terrible. I pulled them up to a comfortable normal spot and the waist was halfway to my armpits! There is no way they could be worn in this manner. The leg length in this manner was acceptable. I have a normal build and do not have any issues with clothing. I did not provide any photos as either one would be very unattractive. I can't even alter them because the pockets would look terrible. This is such a shame because the fabric and workmanship are really nice. I am sure a taller person could deal with the longer rise. Read more
Wow, these are actually wide leg. I ordered 2 sizes up because my daughter keeps wanting stuff that is extra wide leg.... these would probably fit my son who is the size a full grown man. With that said, they look good with the draw string tied! Nice thick linen too! Read more
