The dress is SO CUTE and very comfortable. The dress was really long though, so I did chop off about 2 inches. What was specifically long was the overlay, there was an awkward amount of fabric showing since the slip underneath was a solid color and shorter. The fabric is really forgiving, hid the choppy scissor cuts very well. Would absolutely purchase again, but probably in a smaller size to help with the length. Very cute dress, but only for short people. I am 5’8, 150lbs and ordered a M. The dress was exactly what I was looking for, but the skirt was way too short. It was already riding up walking over to the mirror, I can’t imagine flashing all my family and friends during our Christmas party… will be returning unfortunately. I bought this for a last-minute event, and it saved me. The fit is flattering, the fabric is soft with a bit of bounce, and the pattern looks feminine without being too busy. The sleeves sit nicely on the shoulders, and the cinching gives a nice shape at the waist. It’s comfortable enough to wear for hours, and it moves beautifully when you walk.
