I bought this for my daughter last year and loved it. Very well made. It put up with a lot of abuse from my 7 year old and only showed signs of wear at the very end of the school year because she kept dragging it on the concrete. We bought it again in a different color for this upcoming school year. What I love most about this bag is that the side pocket is deep and held her 20 oz Hydroflask water bottle through cartwheels! My son’s backpack I got elsewhere and his bottle fell out every time he leaned over. I felt like we were constantly gluing it back together or replacing it. I wish this company made boy designs like space and dinosaurs with the same deep side pocket as their ”This is like a fairytale” backpack designs. Hopefully they see this review and are ready for me in the 24/25 school year since already got something for my little guy. Again, great bag. I would be a lifetime buyer if they slap the deep pockets on backpacks that go with kiddish designs and older kid designs too. Read more

I got this backpack last minute for my daughter who is starting 1st grade . Let me first say you definitely are getting your money’s worth. The quality of the book bag is really good. I’m very impressed with all the space and sections it has and I can tell it will last the whole school year . I love that it came with a lunchbox as well and I absolutely love how the lunchbox is spacious and insulated . I was worried that my daughter wouldn’t have it for the first day of school but it actually came in just 2 days which was a plus .
