Buck Solo Folding Pocket Knife

For the price there is nothing to complain about this great little knife. For being made in China the quality is impressive. Construction is tight and I don't see any gaps or shoddy workmanship at all. The blade is firmly set and with the three Solos I have there is no wiggle in the blade at all. The wood looks a little dull coming right out of the box but it can be buffed up to quite nice. The pins are ground down nice and flush against the wood handle and do not protrude beyond the surface. Using a Spyderco sharpener I was able to get the blade shaving sharp. This is a great knife for light duty such as letters, boxes and all those little jobs that arise through the day that require something sharp. Read more

This is a handy knife. Takes a good sharp edge and holds it. It is not designed for heavy-duty use but is easy to carry. I learned to wrap this knife in a rubber band to keep it from falling out of my pocket. I currently have a couple. Read more
