I like the quantity for the money. Frustrated with how they start writing for a kindergarten class, they are drying out quicker or they are not starting out well than some other brands. They have also leaked from time to time with in the first days of use. Over all the markers they all work, but for Kindergarten need to have less issues with using them. Read more

Buecs Black Dry Erase Markers First impression: feel lightweight in the hand. Lid fit is variable, some click, some don't - will end up with lids getting left off if you're intending kids use them as I am. Mark is black but not super dark - has a brownish cast because of transparency - but at the end of a stroke, when there's more ink left on the surface, it's black. Erases easily on the cheap board I used to test it, with no greasy residue so far. Test: I filled a 10"x16" surface three times as pictured with no loss of efficacy. I will leave the last for 24 hrs to see how it erases later - update: two days later, erases easily - nice. Chisel tip has stayed in perfect condition for the test. Afterward, I pressed the tip on the board and got it to spread a little, but it seems fairly resilient. I also tried pushing down to get the tip to fall back into the barrel and it wouldn't. Yes, I've only used one marker, though I've tested the lids on a half dozen, and I don't know if the ink gets harder to remove over time as other brands do, and they aren't fun colours, the price is incredible, and if they do end up getting lids left off or running out a little earlier than brand name dry erase markers, it's still a deal worth checking out. I've used about 50 markers and they don't seem to dry out quickly. The only negative is that when they hit the floor - as they do - the lids tend to pop off. I'm about to get more. Read more

The markers are not only good quality, but the price point makes them a great value for classrooms where students are using dry erase boards all the time. These mark well and have a broad enough stroke they are perfect for student responses so the teacher can see answers from across the room. The blank ink lines produced by these dry-erase markers are just a bit lighter than the name-brand markers. However, the price is so affordable that I still rank these very high - they'll do the job in all but the most demanding situations, for a fraction of the cost. You get 80 of them in the box, for about a quarter apiece. The markers feel somewhat lightweight, so I suspect they won't last as long as the name-brand ones either, but it's still an excellent value. These dry erase markers write great. They're smooth, clear, highly pigmented, and wipe off without problems. They are very low odor. In fact, I can't even tell you what they smell like because I don't even notice them. I'm sure if I were to actually put them to my nose and smell them, I could, but for normal use, I don't notice any strong odors. For just under $20, this is an excellent price point in my opinion. They're just as good, if not better, as other brands and definitely a lot cheaper! I would easily recommend them. Read more
