This looks like large grains of sugar and sure tastes like full strength. A characteristic, very bitter, taste. My method is two doses, and have worked up to the max dose on the label. I dump it in my mouth and immediately follow with juice or tea to wash it down. Then a meal, which tastes fine. The taste does not linger that way. NOT something to add to a food or drink! Unless you want to taste it in every swallow. This is a sulfur-containing mineral, used to lower oxidative damage and inflammation. It can be difficult to get enough of this mineral in food, it depends on the kind of soil or feed. Taking it by mouth moves it the most swiftly through the body, to promote all kinds of healing. I have been very impressed with its performance. I'm eating a Carnivore diet for autoimmune, which must take most of the credit for my continuing remission, and recovery of function. So I am going to do a combined review since I am using 4 products from this company. Let me start off by saying I am very active.. endurance runner, sprinter, weight training, hiking etc..
