Doesn't stay on
My fiancé is a jeweler, so I wanted to get him something he wasn't expecting. The bracelet is beautiful, he loved it, but it doesn't stay clasped. It doesn't have a traditional clasp, so it just falls off. Read more
Where’s my refund
A notice appeared on the return screen saying Refund cannot be issued though the bracelet was delivered to the store over 40 days ago. Not an inexpensive purchase. Buyer Beware Read more
flimsy
the hook that holds teh band is very flimsy and if used or is tugged, it will bend slighlty making it fall off...so you have to manually pinch the flimsy metal. Read more
Very nice bracelet, needs a better sizing description/chat
Bracelet was very nice and felt very well made just as I expected it should feel with the high quality price tag associated with the item. Only bad part was that I ordered the large size seeing as I'm 6'1 180, I figured medium might be risky but I should've went with it. I don't like the sizing descriptions they used on the item page because you get two sizes and they described by using wrist measurements. IDK about you but I don't keep small measurement tools on me to be able to measure my wrist size. I guessed but I was wrong. TBH most clothing/accessory companies need to comer up with an easier to understand size description method...seeing as with this pandemic that we are living in now will probably change the way we shop in the future. Even before the pandemic I would bet to say that online clothing shopping is probably used a lot more than the traditional method. I used my Prime Wardrobe account to get this bracelet and try it out before spending that kind of change (Really recommend trying out Prime Wardrobe if you haven't, Amazon is just all about that "customer first mentality" with this Wardrobe feature for Prime members. You can legit throw anywhere from 3 to 8 pieces of apparel in this Prime Wardrobe cart then get them shipped, absolutely no cost to you, at which as soon as they are delivered, Amazon gives you seven days to try them on and if you like it, keep it.
