I use these for a late night snack that doesn't spike my blood sugar. I do not consume the crackers to achieve this. The taste is good, it is creamy, slightly sweet, and delicious. These give me a bit of added protein at times as well, and for me they are a great value for the money. I feel the quality of the fish, and the crackers that come with it are solid as well. These are so perfect for keeping in a drawer at work and just pulling out when it's lunch time, since I tend to just sit at my desk during lunch time. I know that everyone's taste in tuna salad can be wildly subjective, but I do think this one is pretty tasty. And, considering the pack comes with the tuna salad already made, and even a little spoon thing to scoop it out of the can, I think the value of these is pretty good for what you pay, especially if you put it on subscribe and save. As for the tuna quality wise, I'd say it's pretty average, though I'm not frequently buying other types of canned tuna, so I might not be the best judge of that. Read more

I don't know about using these 'on the run' as you have to scoop the tuna salad out with a pretty small paddle that's included, but this is easy to carry, a delicious tuna salad mix, and it's enough to replace a sandwich in a meal, or a a filling snack. Read more
