The machine makes great products. BUT, it isn't capable of high density volume dispensing. Meaning.. if you want to make three cups in a row you probably can't because it's hot water storage tank is too small so you will end up waiting and your customers may end up saying "never mind". Read more
Do not buy this piece of crap machine. I've owned it for three months and it has been broken for 2 1/2 of those months. It makes a few cups of coffee and then stops. They send a tech out, it takes over a week to get it working again only to break a day later. What a waste of money. Read more
Kwik Trip is replacing the older 1 1/2 gallon batch with these bean to cup machines. What a horrible business decision. Now instead of grabbing a cup and filling it an leaving, every customer has to wait. Does it make good coffee … sure. Is it better? Absolutely NOT. Is it worth waiting for, No. I hate these machines with a passion. Read more
