Package arrived unprotected (no box or mailer bag) and it was open on arrival. Fortunately there was no damage, so I'm not too concerned. These hooks are heavy (in a good way) for their size and feel very durable. They are made of metal, not plastic. I bought these for my daughters to store their jewelry.
