Exactly what I was looking for. The size fits well, the stitches are good quality, and it’s extremely light and comfortable. It seems it would dry very fast if you happened to get them wet from rain or sweat. Super soft material. My husband needed new "bumming around shorts" and since he is so rough on his clothes, I didn't want to pay a lot. Bought the XXL. He is 6' about 275 lbs. These are just the thing! They are not super thick but that adds to the comfort. They have pockets and an interior drawstring which is great, as he always complains about elastic-only shorts and bathing suits. They have laundered well with just a few loose strings here or there. Would he wear them out to dinner or at a social gathering? Probably not. (Well, let's get this straight, would HE? Yes. Would I want him to? NO! ;-). They are great for hanging around, doing errands, beach, pick-up sports but definitely not the kind to go anywhere special...well, not with me anyway!! :-).
