I bought this waist trainer to replace my old one with Velcro and it WORKS better! I use this anytime I am working out from cardio to weights. It has made me sweat and keep my waist line snatched! I keep it on after my workout until I have cooled down to keep sweating it out. One thing I like to do is wear it over my tank top instead of it touching my skin. I really like it . I originally bought a large and put it on the hooks furthest out but after like an hour of wearing it it stretches to the point of hooking at the last inner row.
