I am a dentist two years out looking for a practice to purchase. This book was good at overviewing valuation, financing, and understanding numbers, but you will definitely need more than just this one book to get you where you need to be. Would have loved to see more examples of different practices in different markets and also evaluating their P&Ls and balance sheets. Read more
