For the price I paid for it, it was worth it. $7.49. The max output watt is listed at 3.7w, so I don't expect a big sound from this speaker, but it much better than most speakers on your average budget chromebook/ laptop. Decent little Bluetooth speaker
It is really the price for the quality of speaker that gets the five star rating. Is the speaker five star at $25? Probably not, probably more like a four. But at $11, this thing kicks. I used it by the pool and I used it at work. I've never had a problem. It is loud enough that you're satisfied before there is any noticeable distortion. The battery lasts for hours. I have some speakers with farther range, but I couldn't hear it by the time it disconnected anyway, so it is a moot point. It worked right away with my phone, and I never had any issues with it disconnecting or forgetting the speaker. Read more
