Can't bring myself to wear as a fanny pack (didn't like it the first time around and still don't, lol), so I wear it as a chest sling. The fabric feels nice and sturdy, and there's sufficient space for phone, money, ID, lip gloss and maybe a few other small things. I like that there's an additional zipper compartment for money and ID. The only thing I would change is the strap length. It's a bit short for my taste. I'm 5'7" with a large bust (36DDD), and even on the loosest setting the bag falls just under my chest and draws attention there. If the strap were longer the bag would hit me closer to the hip and I would feel a little less self conscious. Keeping the beg though because I like everything else about it.
