Too narrow, no grip, stupid zipper on heel

The design and low heel is pretty, true to size on length. However it runs narrow and it hurt my feet. Also my heel bumped into the zipper - who puts a zipper on the heel? Also there’s no grip whatsoever on the sole. I also didn’t quite like the detail around the sole. Simple stitching would have been fine. Read more
