This is the first actual real piece of clothing. I’ve bought off of Amazon because of my skepticism. I have to say I was truly impressed with the softness of this sweater, the way it fits, and the quality of it. It fits to my normal size. It has a nice V neck. Can be worn alone or as an added layer. I wear it over a plaid flannel shirt. I’m tall and love the length of both the torso and sleeves. The color is absolutely beautiful as well. However, it did come in a vacuum packed bag, putting some pretty deep wrinkles in it, which a simple tug, stretch and hang in a steamy shower did not resolve. So I sprayed it down in the shower, let it dry, and all the wrinkles came right out. And there was no bleeding of the red from the sweater. I’ve yet to actually wash it in a washing machine. I've ordered several of these sweaters - each a different color and ordered within a few weeks of each other. The sweaters fit in my normal size, feel comfortable, soft and look nice. Happy with the colors that I ordered. Have not washed one as yet so can't speak to how they hold up. But, what I am not happy about is that there is no consistency in the size, fit or density of the sweaters. Comparing three sweaters, one is two inches longer than the shortest of the three. Another is a bit more than one inch longer than the shortest. The longest one is more like a tunic length. The shortest of the sweaters is much more closely fitted than the others. The longest is almost too large for me. Also while the feel of the fabric is similar, two of the sweaters are lighter weight, while the other is heavier and more bulky. Read more

I am 5ft 1in. tall weigh 138lbs usually take a size 8-10 med. I ordered the med. It fits me perfectly. The shoulder seams are at the correct space on my shoulders. The v neck is not plunging so sits nice... no cleavage. on me the swetter comes to my leg/hip line. It is not tight but not over loose. The sleeves are perfect length. This is the cutest, softest sweater. I’d say it fit slightly small, but is still within the range of “true to size.” It is extremely comfortable. My one minor complaint is that it is a delicate thread, not a thick yarn, so it snags extremely easily. I would absolutely buy it again. Read more
