I got these black cable ties to tame the chaos in my garage and wrangle the mess of cords behind my desk. The different sizes are solid. Everything came sorted and ready to go. The 4-inch ties are great for small electronics and the 12-inch ones handled some heavier garden stuff without fuss. They lock in place easily and don’t slip once tightened. Now, they’re not indestructible. A few of the thinner ones snapped when I pulled too hard or flexed them back too much. There were a few that didn't care for reuse. I wouldn’t trust them for anything weight-bearing or long-term outdoor. If you’re trying to secure something in the sun or rain for months, maybe look for a tougher option. But for everyday fixes, organizing, or quick projects, they’re more than enough. I’ve used them for holiday lights, cable management, and even a toddler-proofing around the house. Great Great zip ties! My husband is the Zip Tie User King! But he pays sooo much for them at the local store! I found these for a Great price, great pack of assorted sizes (sooo helpful), good strength and easy to use (even when on a ladder! Eeek!) They aren't for heavy duty use, but lighter weight use. We just need basic things like the thick contractor black bags to be tied up when full of whatever he throws out. He uses them for organization of his tools, things in his shop and around the house. I got them to hold down a basic tarp on a pergola in the back yard and they were Perfect! They are easy to zip locked and hold well. They are basic black, not white, which is great for the brown tarp and posts they are tied onto. Until the all day and night tropical storm winds came disguised as a cold front and these ties just could not hold that brutal wind the whole time. I love that I also like that the four sizes come in their own bag and inside of a bag . It makes them much easier to store than being in a container . I'm using them for outdoor decorating , hanging vine and garland on railing . I like that they're black because they aren't as noticable , you don't want to draw attention to the zip tie. Since I bought them about 1 year ago, I used most of them but non of them are broken or cut. They are very sturdy and secure for any kind of jobs. I used them to fix or secure my birds cage tray, electrical wires in my car, rolling some wires at home to make them shorten and for multiple usage of tasks around the home. Good for the price, was not blown away with the cable tie quality, however they are functional. They lock up fine, they are great for a wide variety of applications as a multi size variety pack.
