I’m so impressed with the cooler and especially their customer support! Our ac went out and we have to wait 3 weeks (it is now warm/hot weather, late May/June) for S*** Home warranty to show up to fix the ac unit which does not start. This cooler has been a lifesaver! We have used it in our living room/ kitchen area and works like a charm! We also have a CK 4500 which is 8 years old and still works beautifully. As soon as the temperature hits 100+ degrees ( while we wait for the ac tech/contractor), we’re bringing the 4500 inside to really cool the house. We have also used the 4500 inside during blackout periods and it works perfectly with our generator. I recommend these coolers highly! They’re worth every penny and are lifesavers during hot summer weather. Read more

This thing is awesome. I live in SETX and the humidity is always high. This Cajun Kooler makes sitting on the back porch fun again. It definitely has the cooling ability to bring the temperature down. Im just using water only now but will add ice this weekend and I expect it to be even better. I do think it’s on the pricey side but if it lasts it will be well worth the money. Very easy to use. Read more

We live in West Texas where it is 103 and it’s still spring! The cooler is very sturdy construction and customer service was Excellent. The cooler dropped the temperature from 98.4 to 72.8 with ice! It’s a 4 season area for us now. Definitely worth the price. Read more

Customer Service is Priority ONE with this company--A principal from the company personally called me for feedback on the cooler. I experienced what I thought was an incomplete assembled cooler, but after speaking with the principal/owner, it was apparent they made significant improvements to the unit to allow ice to be used in the water, which cools the air about 30 degrees more than normal. Their fan motors are of superior quality, sealed units. I live in Phoenix, AZ where summer temps are record breaking at 118 degrees, we use our Cajun Kooler coupled with our mister system so we can enjoy being outside on the patio. This unit is superior to others we've tried, and I highly recommend it. Read more

My wife bought me this for my birthday and I’d say it’s definitely worth the purchase. Easy to set up and very quiet for the power. I clean the screens every few weeks and keeps the dust and bugs from going inside. We keep the wheels locked when our grandkids are playing so it doesn’t get pushed around. We live in Louisiana so we use ice that goes in the side opening. I recommend this over the ones at Lowe’s for sure!! Read more
