These are designed for breakoutsand they really work. The patches are very thin and translucent. When applied to an active blemish, the patches are nearly invisible on my fair skin. I don't know how they would appear on darker skin. The good news is that I have success in ending the blemish over night (rarely they require two overnight sessions).
