Every creamer on the market has stuff in it that's a huge NO for me -- Dairy (of course), High Fructose Corn Syrup, Carrageenan, Sorbitol, Maltitol, etc., etc. This has NONE of that! I love that it's shelf stable. You must refrigerate after opening though. I absolutely love the flavor! They are extremely overpriced!! I purchased these at a really good sale price of less than $20. I wish I would've stocked up at that price! The caramel macchiato is my favorite and it has a great taste. But it's way too expensive!! I keep checking back for sale prices. Califia was my go to brand. They changed the packaging and then the formula! There is no more coconut milk with the almond milk. The coconut blend added to its creaminess and flavor. Now it tastes horrible!! Giving away the rest of the case, it’s undrinkable! This is so frustrating because I have used this creamer for ten years!! This is probably the best creamer you can get. We canned it with the Yuka app, and it turned out to be one of the highest rated creamers on there, so we had to try it.
